Jeremiah R. Taylor
Jerry takes pride in helping resolve legal disputes faced by employers, businesses, and real estate owners. He is an experienced litigator and negotiator and has successfully represented numerous businesses and individuals in and out of court. Jerry was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2016 and 2017, an award based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Jerry is committed to providing the utmost care and attention to each of his clients' legal needs. For his legal training, Jerry attended the University of Idaho College of Law. After graduating from law school in the top of his class, he was privileged to clerk for the honorable Judge Michael McLaughlin in Boise, Idaho, where he learned about the court system and the importance of being a zealous advocate. He then worked as a prosecuting attorney for the Boise City Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted thousands of crimes and took multiple cases to jury trial.
Jerry was then privileged to work for the Salt Lake City law firm of Terry Jessop & Bitner for four years, where he represented financial institutions, title companies, businesses, and individuals in litigating a variety of legal issues.
During his free time, Jerry enjoys being with his family, playing basketball, following the NBA, NFL and college football, using technology, and learning about productivity and personal and business development.
